How do we contact a gyn?

Hi All,

I am Garima . I moved in toronto last month and could not know too much about health facilities.As i am pregnant i gone to a physician ,he reffered me to an gyna and appointment is after one month.Is there no other way to contact gyna.Pls help me.

Welcome to toronto , as fas as i know nope u can't contact ur gyn unless they called u for an appointment meanwhile u still visit ur family doctor. But why do u want to meet ur gyn??? Do u have any problem??? Here it's not like India, so u just wait & watch.

I don't know how it is in Canada,but here,I get to talk to an advice nurse over the phone whenever I have a doubt and don't have to go a doctor just for a doubt.Do you have any such facilities there?

Thanks for reply.No i don't have any problem.just worried beacuse i have heard about missed miscarriage.And i have to go back again to india next month .
