Could you please tell me anything to take instead of Omega-3 fatty acids before or during pregnant. Because many web site suggests to take Omega-3 at least during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Since I am a pure vegetarian, I do not want to take it. Is there anything else instead of this I could take it. It says, it is very important for baby brain development.
