Hi Sandy, Do stay away from the treadmill throughout your pregnancy. It isn't safe to be on something that moves under your feet even while you aren't walking. Walk outside or inside your house. Not on a treadmill.

I am too pregnant :)
I really wanted to tell this to everyone. But my DH feels to tell little later :(. only our parents knows and not even our brothers and sisters .

I took this oppurtunity to share this good news...

Just few months before i was posting/looking for tips and suggestions for marriage...all beauty tips and stuffs..

now my topic to search in IL is different.. feeling so happy :)

as per online due date calculations..im completing 4th week...
Yes.. just missed my periods and got it it confirmed.. :)
