Garbarakshambhigai Songs & Photo for pregnant ladies

Hi all
I am pregnant now, one of my friend said hearing to Garbarakshambighai(I think this is the album name) by Sudha Raghunathan will help during labor. Is this album available in internet to download also I am planning to ask my m-i-l to send it , I would like to know a store where this will be available in Chennai.

Actually I am not aware of this but you can ask your MIL to try it out in AVM Zone Shankara Hall or in any Music World shops
But just give me some more time I will just check it out and let you know clearly

I dont know about Sudha.R's album, but there are some specialised music labels that put out music beneficial to specific conditions like diabetes, pressure also pregnancy. The albums contain some slokas, carnatic ragas and songs. One label is OJUS, another series is KOSMIC MUSIC. There may be others. They are available in GIRI TRADERS Mylaopre and in Music World and Landmark

I di hear the CD - Ojas Life Energy For the Expectant Mother - when I was carrying my little one. The CD has chanting of the mantras by Sri Tatwamasi Dixit. I used to hear this first thing in the morning with a cup of milk and it provides us with a sense of peace, tranquilit and harmony. All this vedic chanting does has a very postive impact on the unborn child. I canot put my fingers on just this vedic chanting sessions but sure my little one is very much interested in singing.
I got the CD in Music World, am sure it will be available in all leading Music stores. U can ask your MIL to try in Spencer Plazza or Landmark whichever is nearest for her.
