vrath / puja during pregnancy

I'm pregnant now and recently I was told not to perform any vrathas during pregnancy. I observe Gowri-Ganesh every year by preparing Gowri devi with turmeric.
Is it ok for me to perform Gowri puja as before?
Or should I just stick to everyday puja not observe any special festivals for now?
Pleas help me as Gowri-Ganesh is in 2 days now.

first of all a big congratulations to you on your pregnancy

I think during this time you have to take your food in time and may be because you have to be on fastening during vrath so its not advisable for you.

Otherwise i don't think that you should not be on vrath but anyways let our seniors reply you..

when u enter 7th month i think u should not go to temple and do any poojas .... i enquired in a temple regarding the temple entry and i hope the same goes with pooja also ...
