| Try protein shakes such as Atkins (Strawberry flavor is yummy) - can find this at walmart. Or Pure Protein Shake at Trader Joe's or Amazon (Banana and Strawberry flavors are best). |

| Hi, Congratulations on your pregnancy. You can mix some MTR Badam Feast with the milk. You can also use the Carnation Instant Breakfast Powder that you get in regular American Grocery stores.
