Default Any alternative for milk?

Hai all,

I am 22 weeks pregnant and still have nausea feeling for milk. Though I try hard to drink I am not able to resist it. Can anyone suggest any other alternative where I can get all calcium and vitamins of milk.

Thanks
Ampu

Try Soymilk that has vanilla flavor that might help.

Try protein shakes such as Atkins (Strawberry flavor is yummy) - can find this at walmart. Or Pure Protein Shake at Trader Joe's or Amazon (Banana and Strawberry flavors are best).

Hi,

Congratulations on your pregnancy.

You can mix some MTR Badam Feast with the milk. You can also use the Carnation Instant Breakfast Powder that you get in regular American Grocery stores. These make milk more tolerable.

You can check out this article too. Its very useful

Best of luck
