Hi all, When you are having trouble sleeping listen to intrumental recitals of the night raga bageshri..it relaxes you ..try it...trouble sleeping And Raag Hindol in hindustani/sunadavinodini in carnatic music is said to help in relieving back ache..i feel it does help in relaxing as i have spinal injury..i listen to hariprasad chaurasia's flute in hindol..
