Thanks for your kind words. btw, my daughter Ramya who is also in Phoenix working in AMEX and staying in Yorkshire area has joined IL (ofcourse through me and she does not find time to come to the forum). Her friends Aishwarya (actually male person and I got deceived ) and Sheshank are also in Amex. I was also there in Phoenix during the first week of July during the American Independence day week. But, I could not meet you. Maybe next time we can arrange a meeting of ILites in Phoenix.
