 After a break Hi, Great to get back to you guys after a short break. Just browsing through IL, and now i read Mrs CVs planning methodology. I try sometimes not to overly praise her in IL because i dont want people to feel "ohh! enna iva family membersa ey evlo puhazndhukkaraa!!", i am sure she would feel the same too. But when she writes such things, i cannot control my urge to appreciate her. Periamma -- you are the best! Great piece of tip to all of us.Thanks for being there! Love, Purnima      |

| wonderful tip Dear Chitra, thank you so much for sharing your secrets with us. I love you for this one, Chitra. I read the post by laxmi and was eagerly waiting for your reply. In fact, I was going to ask you the same question. so, the gist is planning, planning & planning. the tips on selecting & combining diff dishes, listing of ingredients - wow, it all looks so simple & now when I look at the photograph, I do understand your methodology. Most of the time, after finishing all the cooking, I have very little time to even relax. but to read you had time to rest & write cards & gifts & arrange flowers - wow, I admire you, Madam... LIke you say, I think its all planning & organising - I'll try to follow your points & try my luck the next time - to be a wonderful host to my guests.. thank you again for sharing this post with us. | Dear Mrs C, Just read your post on planning for a party.Wow is the word that comes to my mind.Will remember this next time I host a party.But as you have mentioned the rest part never comes when I have a party no matter how much I plan.Somewhere something must be wrong.May be because I do not make sweets the previous day,and also I do not keep things ready to deep fry.I do the preparation and frying the same time.I guess that is why.You have written Paneer Bonda.Can you share the recipe with us.This is so inviting that I want to have guests this weekend.But will definitely have some once I get all better.
