All the credit to Meena Mam and Ramya.... But that reducing 2 pound secret can u share it.... I am desperately trying for the last 6 months.... vehemently, i slog and reduce 2/3 kgs... but at the end of the period I have gained 4 kgs.... nett effect 1kg increase... I have to seriously reduce just 20 kgs... Any tips pls....

On a serious note, I am on the higher side in weight medically by 10 kgs and have to reduce it for a healthy remaining period... another ten.... to be fit for the tough market competition.... hahahahahahahahahahahaha.....
