Expanding Friendship Thru IL

Hi Friends,
I would to share my experience on meeting an ILite.Her name is santasekar.We got to know thru the thead "new jersey gals meet here". She PMed me regarding her address which i found is close to my place.I went to her house with my son.We both belong to tamilnadu and felt at ease to communicate.This happened few months back.From then we have been in touch ,visiting each others homes and making phone calls.My son priyash and her son Abhijeet enjoy playing with each other.Thanks to "InduLadies" for starting a new friendship.

It is nice that you got to gether with another IL ite and expanded your firenship to the personal level.
I know there are a lot of ILites in NJ, hwo about you organise a NJ IL ite meet. The weather may not be condusive now, but once spring is here, u can definitely do something......If you start now, then you have a few months to plan an gala gathering.

Look forward to reading more IL ite meet in NJ.

Happened to see this thread only today. It is good to know that you both living closeby came to know each other thro' IL and made good friends. Good to know that even your kids made good friends.

The goal of this IL community is to make such everlasting friends among the members living not only nearby but in any corner of this world. It will also be great if members are able to find their long lost school / college friends too through IL.

Please do plan for a NJ IL'ites meet as suggested by Vandhana. I know there is a huge IL population in NJ and am hoping everyone would want to meet-up.

nice to know that you have expanded friendship thro IL. Me too. Our member bipasu and me got friends thro IL and we both ring up from time to time. She is in Kerala and am in Chennai.
No need to say about our dear Chitvish, who takes time out form her busy schedule to call from time to time.And Laxmi, padmavathi_m- well the list goes on.
Your getting Indian friends thor IL would be great for you in a different country, isn't it?
Hope you get many more friends thro IL.
