Dear Friends,
It was party time again, a few days back !
Ushkrishnan 64 was in Chennai with family for a short visit to attend a family wedding.
She came home for lunch with Krishnan, daughter Shweta, son Srivatsan & her parents.
Usha & Shweta are the personification of the phrase "Joie de Vivre". Since there were three men, V "came out" & had a nice time.
Usha is very pretty & very pleasant for company.

Here is the pic of Sudha V Narasimhan and myself at the Frankfurt airport. It was truly an international meet, I travelled to Germany on business and Sudha Narasimhan came all the way to the airport to meet with me before I boarded my flight back to US. This picture was taken mid summer.

Dear IL'ites,We planned to have an IL meet in Dubai, but the response was not very good. Soumya Raman & me decided to meet, even if we were only the two of us. We were joined by my daughter Swetha, a prospective IL member!!Hope to have a bigger group next time!RegardsUSHA

Prabhabala, a popular ILite is in Chennai for a vacation with her daughter Shruthi.
She came home today with her father.
She is a petite woman, very warm and very friendly.
We had a very enjoyable "arattai session", joined by her father as well.

Today saraswathypv visited me with her husband.
They live in Riyadh & are here on their annual vacation.
Spv, I regularly interact with in my forum. But I was very happy that her husband was also very friendly & he is a very interesting conversationalist.
They both are religiously inclined and are very clear about their priorities in life. I was very much impressed !

Dear Friends,
Our moderator Shobanag came home today with her younger sister Sharada.She is on a short trip to India and is on her way back.
It was very nice meeting her. One wil not believe she has a grown up daughter! She looks so young herself. We did have a very enjoyable chat, needless to say, centering around IL ! She is very warm & very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed spending some time with her.

Dear Friends,
Abhatv came to Chennai with her son Archith for a 24-hour stay. She honoured me by staying with me.
We had a very enjoyable time together. She is very warm & more affectionate than any friend can be.
She is a great fan of Cheeniya. So we went to his house& spent more than an hour there.He was at his "humour-best" & Abha thoroughly enjoyed. He later told me that any ILite afer visiting both of us in Chennai, should carry pleasant memories !
Friends, I welcome every one of you to come home & stay with me, if you have no other plans of staying with a close relative etc.Ours is open to ILites!
