Dear Laxmi,
You are sweetness personified as ever to me, I cannot thank you enough.
It was Kalakand 2 ( I have 2 recipes for the same, hence 1& 2 !).

What a treat. I am a bit lost for words. Where shall I begin and with what ? The write up about the meet by Chitvish, Varloo, Latha, Malathi, Pushpa, Laxmi, Sriniketan ..(did I miss out on anyone ?) were simply great and made me feel like I was part of it :) The pictures were fabulous. All the ladies look beautiful, charming and colorful just like the spread on the table. Laxmi, Latha, Ramya and Kripa, you all are so lovely, my hugs.
Sriniketan, you are really special to have done such a good job of imbibing your kids with love for their country and culture.
Pushpa and Malathi, you make a great mom-daughter pair, you both ooze with love and intellect.
Mrs Cheeniya, do come out on your own and would like to know you as Indira!

wow!!! it was a treat to see all ILITES behind their usernames.
all are looking pretty and by the description feels like i am virtually present there, but missed the songs by Sriniketans daughters.
I wish they have a great future ahead.

Every time there is an I L ite meet, I thank God without forgetting ! How could I have met such loving souls but for I L ?
Well, that lemon green colour is called "Sneha colour" F Y I ! That with deep yellowish orange border was the "in-combination" last year !

For all these meets, I stick to typically traditional, Jain south Indian spread to prove to others, that it is possible within our own cooking parameters - N I & continental, excluded !

IL get-together at Chitra's place was great !!
The first thing that amaazed me was the number of items .... how can someone do it ?
Getting to know everyone was lovely.
