Hi All ILites,
I am attaching some pics which i took at Chitvish's Lunch.It was a wonderful afternoon with all the ILites and also enjoyed music by Sriniketan's daughters...Archana and Subha.And there is no need to say about the lunch which Chitvish spread on the table.The pic speaks for itself.....it was yummy and tasty as it looks. A million thanks to Chitvish for organising the meet and making it a memorable day for all of us.

Dear friends,
the success of the meet goes to only Chithra. Her enthusiam and zest in entertaining and specially feeding her friends has no match. She made all feel very much at home and I would say that I do not feel that I have visited her only 3 times-it seems that I know her for many many years. And she is very good in involving us in the apt tasks also.
And it was very very joyous to meet our members, who had been complete strangers sometime back.
Luckily, I reached Chithra's a litle early and got to have a good chat with Ms.Indira Cheeniya and also Ramya. I am much impressed with Ramya who says that she has her laptop on the kitchen top while cooking and she had impressed her hubby's grandma with recipes from Chithra.
Latha Sasidharan looks so young, I could not believe that her daughter is married and son is in Engineering college.
Sriniketan is simplicity personified. Her children walk in her footsteps. We were treated to some souldful songs by her daughters Shuba and Archana. Such lovely and sweet children! The wonder is they all want to live in Chennai rather than US and it seems that even the small Vikram is now pestering his mummy to bring them back to Chennai-though all of them were born and brought up in the US.
Laxmi came along with her daughters Apuurva and Aditi. The small one was on the swing most of the time. But as soon as Shreya (Kripashankari's daughter) came along, they both stuck up friendship and were chatting like old friends. Apuurva looks so grown up and helped taking snaps in the digital.
Malathi Jagan wa so lively and Pushpavalli was also very warm. I got some tips from her about adoption to give to my friend who is planning to adopt.
About the food, I am sure that I need not say anything except SUPERB. It was out and out SI and tasty tasty.
And Chithra's GD Manaswini dropped in to say hello to us and shared her experiences of participating in the Miss Chennai contest.
Altogether, it was a very memorable get together and lunch.
