I thought I will step-in to address your post, since the overwhelming entries for the contest seems to be keeping Vandhana a bit busy (we are happy about it though :)

Thank you for watching the IL celebration thread so closely and for your concern for the new IL'ites. I presume you are referring to the link we have in the contest gift image displayed in our homepage.

If yes, yeah... since it is a link given in the gift image, it is pointed to the 3rd page of the anniversary contest thread, to that particular post which has the details about the gift. Somebody getting curious on seeing the gift would like to know what that gift is all about, right?

However, if you notice the same post has a 2nd line that reads "For more details about the contest, read here". The link 'here' points to the very 1st post in the anniversary celebration thread that was posted by Varalotti detailing the contest and it's rules.

I guess this should anyway help the new IL'ites to get all details about the contest.

Thank you very much for the keen interest that you show. Yes, exactly the same ma'am. It did not strike me on those lines.

We are always striving hard and smart for our betterment. This is very well proved by the steps that IL takes for all of us here. We are more than a family and the attachment each one shows towards the other is more than divinity personified !!

Dear Team C.

Coming into this thread a little late. have been watching the exuberance with which the preparations started , then the contest,participations are now in full swing.

First a three cheers to the team, that has kicked off the celebration.
And it is not an easy task, sitting in different corner of the world. That shows the spirit of this forum isn't it.

Its celebration time. A time to hold to the spirit of happiness and joy that has become embedded in all these forums..and the growing numbers..

My way of kicking of this celebrations is here. Arunac has mentioned she thought that I had written something about soldiers..but I thought what else could be a befitting title..
