I didnt get the thread(answer) for Question no12. Pls can u post the link. I think while giving answers u should give the link also ,so that who cant locate the thread can have a look.

Hello Latha,

The answer to the questions, is usually posted by me a little after the 9.00 AM ist deadline has passed.
Also the link is given in the " PS" for the previous day's question . Please go and check the link in Question 13, it works.. Sometimes, it gets a little late for me to post the answers with the number of reponses. So in that time if you had clicked the link, my post would not have shown up.

Hope this clears your doubts.

Yeh, I'm so happy to see festivity in the air & couldn't lag behind for long. But I'm surely a little late in joining the contest.
this contest is a wonderful idea.
I've participated in a similar quiz contest conducted in my colony long long back. when the contest was announced, I saw a lot of girls grabbing all possible GK books but the questions were all related to people living there in te colony and it was real fun.

I'm sure you must be having fun compiling them.
Hats off to TEAM C, for their great job.
Just reading the title makes me jump with joy - I've spend so much time here and met some wonderful personalities and of course I'm with you in the celebrations...............

Nice to see you after a long time. You are one of the earliest members of IL. Chithra has made an index of all my writings. That tempted me to go through some of my posts. I was happy to see your refreshing, energetic and enthusiastic responses to many of my posts.
Reading the questions and looking for answers is the surest way to know about the various dimensions of the site. The site has grown beyond all our expectations (touch wood) and I too am learning more about the treasures hidden in this site.
Meena, I want you to spend at least some time in the site every day. I am sure going through the questions and answers will surely make you do so.

I have a doubt (doesn’t this sound like a student getting up suddenly in the middle of a class n saying sir I have a doubt)..Before that, I wanted to tell u n the others of team c something. I have come to know many interesting facts soon after this treasure hunt contest has started n I get to read many valuable posts n threads that were posted long back before my date of joining. An hour back I saw today’s question n almost arrived at an answer within a few mins of seeing it. But then this doubt came to my mind...i should have posted this an hour back itself but do u know what kept me away from doing it? While searching for today’s answer I came across some beautiful threads n sat back to read them forgetting I was actually in search of an answer. Let me not bore u..

Coming to my doubt, "Shanthi, a woman or not?"...Is that all that makes today's ques complete or should there be two more words next to the word 'not'...?

I am happy that this treasure hunt has made you reach up to some real treasures hidden in this site.
You don't sound like a student getting up suddenly in the middle of the class and saying, 'Sir, I have a doubt'. You look like the student who in the middle of her final exam stands up and says, 'Sir, I have a doubt.'
When you think that some more words are necessary or some words are to be struck off, then you will have to base your answer on the thread that resembles closest to the words given in the question.
Any further explanation I will be letting the cat out of the bag.
