IL'ite meet in Chennai

Hello citymates,
do count me in. I would like to be there on any condition. I too can accomodate you people on my terrace, provided you all come to Ambattur. I am game for anything, do let me know. It is better that we discuss in this thread itself so that other members can catch up-rather than having Pms. What do you all say?

We are currently in the process of fixing up the meet for Saturday, June 16 at Chithra m'am's place. It will be a small meet as she is able to accomodate limited number of persons like she has mentioned.

We can surely meet up at your place or varloo's place as well a little later like you wrote, where more of us can meet up :)


For now, all those who are game for the meet next Saturday, please write in. We have decided to have a pot-luck high tea at 4.00 p.m.

I confirm my participation. I am also open to hosting the get-together at my place. My flat can accomodate 10 to 12 persons comfortably.

Since Chitvish has already confirmed her willingness to be a gracious hostess, I am in the game for it.

Pot-luck is great. As soon as ILites have confirmed their participation we can discuss the items each could come prepared with.

Hi all Chennai IL'ites,
Chithra m'am (our dear 'chitvish') has been kind enough to let us all have a get together at her place on the 16 June at 4.00 p.m. for high-tea.

It was earlier decided that we'd have a pot-luck, but she has offered to prepare all the items at her home (tempting us actually). The fact that she enjoys her cooking so thoroughly and loves feeding people, makes her meals all the more tasty, I am sure! Much more than all the tips and the perfect recipes.
