I got to meet Chithra!!

Hello Chitra Mam,
Today I had few time to browse this forum, I happned to see this thread and photo of you. After seeing your photo, I felt like I should give you a shastanga Namaskaram to you. Please accept my Namaskarmas in words. I did not see this forum before I visited india last year. Next time when I visit india if God permits we shuld meet each other. My house in Thiruvanmaiyur, Its not far for me to meet you.

The secret of weight loss is, intense but enjoyable dieting under a dietician & work out under a physiotherapist - both in YMCA !
Not an easy job, though !
