 Re: Microwave cooking Hi Ladies, what i have come to learn is that microwave cooking is really bad for health. It has a lot of radiation and that penetrates the food and in turn gets into our body.This causes cancer in the long term. so it is best to avoid microwave as much as possible. Try to use gas or a proper oven without this radiation for heating or reheating. cheers, Uma      |

| Re: Microwave cooking I was aware that Microwave is not good for health. but here in my son's daycare, they use Microwave for cooking pasta / noodles that i could not help. If not for cooking, atleast for warming up food in Microwave is good?
