hi huma,

yes it is enjoyable cooking. and if your dish comes out good and tasty you are on top of the world. i feel we need to to a very little planning before cooking, keep things ready and arrange for appropriate vessels. so when u use limited vessels, washing is not that difficult.

regards,

Vanaja

Hi Dear ILites,

I read all your plea for washing the dishes after cooking. For me its just the reverse, I like to clean the utensils but never like to cook anything. So, whenever we used to have a party, I prefer the washing and my hubby has to cook as he is a nice cook for party items.
Even at my parent's place I practice this, my mom cooks while I help her in washing the dishes and the most funny part is that whenever, we have some gathering in India, the very same day our maid have some prior engagements and she will never come on the same day. I am not saying this from one/two instances but at least it happened minimum 10 times.
Anyways, bye to all and take care.
Meeta

hi friends,

Washing vessels is terrible. For many years I could'nt get a good maid for vessels , but now I have one.
One thing I hate doing is Peeling small onions. My family loves it and I feel I've wasted half my life peeling onions.:icon_frown:

bye lathawave
