If you maka a mess, clean it up.

If you move it, put it back.

If you don't know how to operate it, leave it alone.

If it belongs to someone else and you want to use it, get permission before using it,

And

If you keep to these rules our house will be in order.

These rules should be followed in our house and also when we visit someones house.

I also got some set of Home Rules from my friend over here, when we visited their house. I copied it and pasted it on the refrigerator so that it can be seen by everybody who opens it. But alas! it me who follow all the rules but others...
