Hi Lalitha Mani ,

Here in saudi I am using Food processor to mix chappati dough and ofcourse there are many blades to cut veg. and make juice. It is very very useful to make chappati dough. Here you can alsoget a seperate "food processer"(?) to mix only chappati dough. But I am having all purpose one. In India first we had Jainson and now Kenstar. Krishna use that to make very very soft chappati and he will do many experiment with that. By adding fruits, veg., and greens while mixing the chappati dough. Really it is a worth buying.
