Any agencies that help in renting out an apartment?

Hi,

One of my fnds has an apt in Hyd and planning to let it out on rent/lease. As they are in US right now and no one is there at Hyd to take care of the flat, they r finding it difficult to rent out the apt.

I heard about few agencies, that take some amount on an yearly basis and take the responsibility of renting out the apt, maintaing it etc. Does any one have any info abt such agencies?

Would be really helpful if someone can provide this info.

i never heard of such agencies and we cannot believe them now as day to day many changes are taking plance in hyderabad.

You can put an free add in enadu onlineclassifieds, indianproperty.com, subekha.com, teluguone.com.

As previously i had too dont the same thing and got very good response directly.YOu can try these.
