Hi Track2me
You've got quite a list there, I doubt you will get them all in Hyderabad. Mumbai, possibly, but Hyderabad - I don't think so.
However, there are a few things you can get in your regular grocery store in Hyderabad - at Fresh@ or Reliance Fresh. Here they are along with the Telugu and Hindi translations (as far I my knowledge goes) respectively:
Lentils or
Pappu or
Dhal
Kidney beans or
Nalla ChikkuDu ginjalu or
Rajma . Sometimes
Rajma works in Telugu as well.
Lima beans are known as Butter beans or Broad beans in India. Not sure of their regional names.
You can get sunflower seeds also in the grocery store - usually located near the checkout counter. Again, not sure of the regional names.
Sunflower ginjalu in Telugu or
Sunflower dana in Hindi should get the point across.
Cilantro is known as coriander leaves in India,
Kothimeera in Telugu and
Dhania patta in Hindi.
You can enquire about raw coconut oil (
Kobbari noone in Telugu and
Nariyal ka tel in Hindi) in a small local
kirana grocery shop. The shopkeeper would probably understand only Telugu or Hindi. You probably already know that you should look for a non-branded local product. I'm not very hopeful of its easy availability in Hyderabad.
The chemist shops used to sell Spirulina tablets a couple of years back, I'm not sure if they still do that. You could enquire.

I hope other members can help you further.
Happy hunting!
