Need information regarding Kasi trip from Hyderabad

Hi Ladies,

Please help me in getting details for a trip to Kasi/varanasi from Hyderabad.
I am planning for a 9 day leave for dasara......such that I can send my parents to Kasi, which they havebeen trying to for long time....but due to somany reasons like they need to take care of my 1 year old son...they are just hold on.
Can you please post some information regarding this trip, such that my old parents will have a smooth and safe journey. As they dont have any travel companions from hyderabad, so they both will be alone, my father is around 60 and motherr is at her early 50's.
If I book them tickets from their departure at hyderabad till arrival at hyderabad, I hope they can manage.
Please share some information regarding this, I am eagerly waiting for your inputs.

1. Train availability from Hyderabad to Varanasi(nearest station in Kasi)
2. Any good hotels for advance booking preferably near to Railway station(not very coastly)
3. After Darshan, they need to leave for Buddha gaya, so waht is the distance and how to reach there??
4. To stay for a night incase they reach in odd hours, any good hotel suggestions??
6. Nearby places for a day of sight seeing....?
7. Gaya to Allahabad journey details
7. Back in Varanasi and departing to Hyderabad.
I need almost every detail regarding this trip, as they dont speak Hindi, but speaks English.....preferably please suggest any Telugu Hotels.
If possible,
Hope you understand my concern as they are old enough, just taking extra care in every aspect to reach safely back in Hyd.
Also please let me know if there any tourist packages/agents available for the above journey.

Regardin ur query.....y dont u check with tour operators..once in venkateshwara swami temple(kphb) few people were giving some info about kasi yatra......and vaallu some 50 members tho ala tour vuntundi anukunta...and mee parents ki kooda manchiga company vuntundi...and tour operators site seeing places etc anni vaalle chooskuntaru anta.....
