Renting out apartments in Hyderabad

Hi everyone,

We want to rent out our apartment in Hyderabad. Can you please guide what would be a quick and easy way of doing this?

Hi ammu,
There are several ways.
You can have an advertisement in DC Classifieds/REntals area.
You can contact Rental brokers. You can tell nearby shops and all just to keep you informed incase of any enquiry.
You can post in Sulekha classifieds aswell and give your contact number.

Regarding Rental Brokers, can you refer anyone in particular?

As we are in US currently, there is no way that I can ask the local shopkeepers to keep us informed. We have asked the watchman to keep an eye though.

Have you decided the place/area you want an apartment for rent?Now a days the occupancy has come down so it won't be hard to find one.It would be easy if you were here in Hyderabad and go through the search process.

As Priya_Mommy suggested Deccan Chronical classifieds is the most popular one for rentals.

If you have friends in IT firms you can ask them to post the details of your flat with rent/advance details in their bulletin boards or similar communication medium in their office.That will help you to spread the message across ,also this is the time most of the freshers join after training to their posted regions.So you might get someone soon.

I am from Hyderabad but have been in US since some time. We have purchased an apartment in Hyderabad recently and want to give it on rent. So, to clarify we won' t need an apartment for rent.

2 BHK Apartment , 1150 sqft. Located at Uppal. We are open for renting /leasing.
