Best Place to shop for Curtains, Bedsheets, Materials etc in Hyderabad

    Hi All,

    Hope everyone is doing great...

    Am relatively new to Hyderabad, and was wondering if someone here would be able to guide me to the best place i could go to if i needed to get curtains, bedsheets etc... am not looking for shops like home center or other branded places, or even places like reliance mart etc... what i am hoping to find out is about the local places here for such stuff... if there is anyone here from Chennai or Bangalore, what i am looking for is the equivalent of Pantheon street or Commercial street in Hyderbad..... if you know of any such place closer to Kukatpally, even better....

    I hope someone will be able to help me... I want to experiment with colours and fabrics to decorate my house, but i have no clue where to go and get them... please help!!!!

    Hi Uma,

    Jayadurga Furnishings,Vijay Textiles in ameerpet are good home furnishing shops.

    Heard Vijay textiles has opened another outlet at Kukatpally.

    Bulchand is another furnishing store at abids and Srinagar colony.

    Vijay Textiles is good in Kukatpally. It has a lot of variety.

    we too buy from vijay textiles they have lots and lots of varieties
    and bedsheets you can take from any bombay dyeing showrooms

    Hi Uma!

    There are two big shops on the main road of Kukatpally(right side if you are heading towards JNTU),there you can find n no of varieties,if you want small shops in the same road you can find many behind KPHB bus stop,here you can find bombay dyeing bedsheets showrooms also

    IF you can spare time, try visiting Begum bazar. One of my aunts always buys from there. You get for much cheaper prices also.

    Hi everybody....

    Thanks a lot for your suggestions... I have seen Vijay Textiles from outside.... I will check it out and also try to visit begum bazaar... am not sure where that is though, but I should be able to find that out i guess....
