My name is Priya and I'm new to IL. I was born and brought up in Hyderabad. I came to US in 2003 to do my Masters. I got married after my MS and i'm currently working as Lead Engineer in a Financial Company in Boston.
I love cooking(even though i'm bad at it ), reading novels, listening to music, outdoor camping, visiting new places, etc
The most I miss in US is my family, my mom's dishes, hyderabadi biryani and the chat in the bandi's.
I feel its an exciting place to meet and make friends...wht do u say ladies??

Nice to know that u also came here in 2003.I too was ,born and broughtup in hyd.I came to usa in 2003 but did nothing good in my career till now as i was on h4 till now.Recently i got EAD,and in job search process now.

I know u miss hyderabadi biryani..Me too,i miss paradaise biryani!

My elder sons marriage was celebrated in USA, New jersey, Balaji Temple. Myself and my d-in-laws parents visited USA and performed the function successfull as per our indian culture.

My elder brother, younger sister and my other brother's sons also in States. Recently during May 2007 I hv visited US and had bn all my relatives places and enjoyed the trip including Grand Canion N Las Vegas.

B.Com from Bangalore and schooling from andaman, Delhi, banglore KV and I did my PG Di[ploma in Computers from Mumbai..took my training in housekeeping from sheraton groups of hotels.

MY hsouband is one of the premium painting contractors of asian Paints. His clients include ISB, INFOSYS, IBM,I help my husband in his business.i have taken training from asian paints for royale play work.

My son Varun is studying in Inter II year, loves cricket and also plays on his computer and watching tv.

My daughter Roshini is in her 9th standard studying in Hyderabad Public School (R). She loves dancing, from western (shiamak davar) to Indian classical dances like kuchupudi and bharata natyam. She is a fun loving girl, and a live wire.

I have dog named snowy,a beautiful dog in a small package,LHASA APSOS very lovable and adorable,he is 3+ years old white in colour.
