Rent in Sitafal Mandi?

Dear friends,
I am planning to rent my apt. (on the main road) which is in Sitafal Mandi, Sec'bad. It is 1400 sq. ft flat with 2 living rooms, 2 big bed rooms, one big kitchen, two bath rooms (one is bed room attached), also we have a private patio which is fully grilled. It has marble flooring in all the rooms.
I would appreciate if anyone could let me know the current rent range in that area. Also how many months advance should I get from them? I would like to get your valuable suggestions regarding the same before I start looking for a tenant. Thank you in advance!

Hi Sinduja, Nice to hear that you own flat at Sitafalmand.

So, is that in Appartments? Hope you can take two months advance but regarding rent it may start from 3000 and goes still 5000/ apart from maintainence charges. I just gave my idea but check out that locality people.
