Hi all, If incase somebody is worried of the weight they are gaining, and would like to excercise. Or if they want to be fit through dancing, let us all form a group and dance and excercise to be healthy. I think it is much better than paying a lot to these dance institutes.
Hi Venu99 Group dancing is good idea. And many communities, colony welfare associations are now offering group dance batch for ladies and gents. Any style of dance when practiced with dedication and devotion reflects bliss. Good to make use of it for health practice. Good luck for your dance group
