like shakambari said, if it's in the lease yes you can deduct.
but like she pointed out, the normal wear & tear over 6 years should be taken into account.
if there is a breakage then that can be recovered.
but if it's not in the lease, then mutually both will have to agree & get couple of quotes for the repairs, then agree for the amount to be deducted.
