Hi, am interested in the Marg- Utsav project on ECR.They say that apts are from the range of almost 8 lakhs.Can I proceed?

Is it the one where A R Rahman's Concert was held???

If so, it is really far even from Mahabs.

It is closer to Marakkanam than Mahabs,I think.

I went to the spot for ARRs show.

as the Invitation said,"after Mahabalipuram,on ECR Road"

we thought it will be a few kms after Mahabs...

But we had to ravel for nearly 20-25 kms from mahabs.

(true realtors location telling skill, I swear!)

And it abt 2 kms from the main rd.

Maybe after 10-12 years,it will develop and become town.
