House in Adyar, Tuition needed

Dear friends,
I am a newbie to Chennai. I work as a senior manager in a British Co in Adyar. I am from Bangalore, married with 2 children

I have secured school admissions to my children in Hindu, Adyar and Sankara, Tiruvanmiyur.
I am now looking desperately for a house to shift my family from Bangalore to here.
My children and I need to live in Adyar being close to my office and their schools. My wife may join us later this year.

My house hunting efforts are unsuccessful so far , with Adyar Times paper advertisements, Brokers in this area etc. The rents are very costly and houses are difficult to find now, esp. after the INVASION of IT professionals to this area.

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated from this single parent!!
Hindi and French coaching Tuition help / info required too!!
