we have a vacant land at the ouirts of chennai (north chennai)
that we would like to develop and rent it out..
looking for reliable land developers/contractors in chennai..
can anyone please let me know if there are any...

Check out some of the builders in the area. do check out the construction scout for some details and then maybe we can discuss.

Most of the builders do one or two constructions like this in between projects.

one such builder i can think who has a good repute is Rajarathinam builders. google them.

Don't pick out builders whom you just come across. check out the builders, call them for a site visit, ask them their ideas and costs along with the timeline (which is now becoming difficult for people to deliver because of labour shortage and things)

and before that i would suggest, avail the services of a good architect, once your approvals, plans are ready then you can check out the quotes from the builders, and negotiate and finalise.
