We booked the house in Jain Sudarsana and we would like to know the neighbors of the apartments.Be friends before going there.

Congratualtions. Though i am not your immediate neighbour, i have my duplex house within the vicinity.

i am so nosy about the prevailing rates in that area. could you please disclose the following :

1) what is the final rate you hand shake with Jain

2) what are amenities includes in the Jain package

3) when is the handing over date by Jain.

We too booked a flat in Jains Sudarshana....but I am not very sure about good schools in that area...there is one kendrala vidhyala next to the appartment complex.

Welcome to IL. there is a thread for Ilites in the areas of selaiyur, tambaram and suburbs which i presume covers rajakilpakkam..and i definitely know there is another ilite who has brought in the same project long back. iti s all about a little patience, and using the search tool effectively. Please do not open threads with projects...this is going to create unnecessary time spent by us mods to keep the offending posts at bay.regarding schools there is ample discussion going on about schools in tambaram area.
