NRI return, EXPAT - population

Which area does most foreign return Indians prefer to reside? Are housing in these areas reasonably priced and readily available?

I have seen you around the school section. since you have not brought the property and then going school hunting, i would suggest, get your kids into school, even if you rent a property for the first/second year, no problems, you can understand the surroundings, and then go shopping for a good home.

I think nri's have started looking at other locations now..before it was omr/velachery/adyar/tiruvanmiur that had the nri expat population....
