Anyone booked in Vijaya Shanti's - Lotus pond on OMR?

Hi All,

I was looking at this Vijaya Shanti's - Lotus Pond - they have 1BHK, 2BHK and also 3 BHK units. Before I decide to go one way or the other, I wanted to know if anyone has invested in this prop.

If yes, please shed some light!

i too saw the Lotus pond. im also interested in taking one flat in that. but for the same reason for which ur waiting i was regreting. since its A very big project i too want to know anybody who had bought it. if you get to know somebody please let me also know.

back from vacation and I think the project is nearer to kelambakkam


the project plan and location look good. the promoters are in the business for quite sometime.

though i doubt if they will able to deliver according to their declared completion date.

What is the rate they are offering. because you are getting projects nearer in the 2500/sq.ft range.(which was the intial opening offer).

i sincerely suggest visiting the site and then looking at the options.

Yes, they are quoting Rs.2500/- and options are 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK with all amenities and I think they are they say they will deliver in 2010 or something which I doubt. It will be 2011 or beyond too.

Also, I'm not too sure if Rs.2500/- is pricey for Kelambakkam.

Yes, planning to visit the site sometime soon...

Mulling over the 1,2,3 bhk combo..how will it sit with the overall atmosphere of the community where you can have people from all strata.

I have seen people of 3 bhk looking down on 1bhk..all this does not vibe well for a complex in my opinion. (I think most people will book 1bhk as a investment as it comes within a 7/8 lac frame...)

Again the amenities do not have a clear picture...

kelambakkam,,2500 looks pricey as this was the price when it was launched in january and now we are talking of markets correcting to 30%
