 Value of plot in Pallikaranai Channai Ladies, Could please help me to know the current value of plots at pallikaranai at Chennai (Rs/sq.foot). Thanks Jabeen      |

In pallikaranai the rate of a 2400 sq.ft ground could set you back by 20lacs to 50lacs. (depending on the area.) But be careful as there is a dumpyard and marsh lands. water is not good in some areas. and lot of people are trying to sell off. |
