mudichur , royappa nagar, tambaram west

dear friends,
i own a piece about 3300 sq ft of land in royappa nagar west tambaram, i got it only last year...i wish to construct a house in this area, i somehow love to live in independent houses, also given the cost of flats we have decided to build our own home.
This place has houses around its vicinity scattered around...(very few..but around 2 kms from it is maruthi nagar where beautiful houses are there.
How will the development ih this place be ,,we have 2 kids one is in 4th grade and the other hasnt started school? Are there schools close by, i studied in srm engineering college so i know the Gst road apart from this will it be wise to construct a house and settle down there after we return from sharjah?
Also what is the cost per ground now? we got it for 14 lakhs.How much will it cost if i construct around 1000 sqft groundfloor only house.Intelligent chennailadies ur input is highly appreciated.I dream all day long for that day,,,live in this place btwn I am a lady civil engineer.

i wish chennaities could give me some needed help in this regard???

i dont abt maruthi nagar,i have plot in gokul nagar,
but the construction rate is differ from person to person according to their requirements,u seek the good builder,and start the process.
and the cost differ from area to area,many details are there to build a house,that
not as much as easy to do it immed,so pls find a good builder first a trustworty.
i dont the rate and if u want let me check and tell u.
