Need help to find new/used flat for sale

Hi all,

I have an idea of buying a flat - preferrably 3BHK - around 1200 - 1300 sqft....preferrably velachery, madipakkam, AGS colony, Pallikkaranai areas.
It could be newly constructed or used flat (of course in good condition).

By any chance, if you ladies have any info that any sale is going around near your neighbourhood..Please post a reply.

I can also reconcile for 1000sqft - 2BHK flat too.

Please let me know...

hi sumy,

lot of fire sale is going on in the area you are looking for due to downturn though it is not visible. Do your due diligence with great details and dont rush. Experience speaking

Don't be haste. i have discussed the whole process somewhere in 2008.
