For this very same problem only i was enquiring whether any of you have an apartment so that i can rent it out for me & my husband. We need the apartment for minimum 3-4 years before we move to our own place. If your place is still available & willing to rent it out to me,please let me know asap.
Right now,we are looking out for a 2 bhk apartment in Besant nagar area our budget is between 8000-12000.
*Atleast Il`ites will be very reliable & honest people.

Vaidehi,

We have rented out houses just to face this problem. It is so defeating. In my place, we take three months advance.Though in the market the advance is for a year or so. I think we will finally be forced to make the tenants shell out one years rent in advance. Make them sign a 11 month lease agreement. If they vacate for unavoidable reasons, then we will refund whatever is due to them. But if they vacate for silly reasons, then we hold the advance till we get a new tenant. This is harsh, but I assume we will be forced to do this very soon.
