DLF Garden City OMR Road..

Hi Ladies,

any of you know/own a property in DLF Garden city...if so what is your feedback about tha properties in this project..do share your opinions/comments about buying a flat in the DLF..I only read about this project over the net ..so couldn't able to guess how exactly this project turned out to be...your comments are welcome..

Two close friend of mine have booked DLF flat in OMR road, they feel they are very GENUINE builder , they booked by 2008 april and completion by 2011 , rates differ acc to size , both of them was anxiously waiting all these times for DLF properties to launch in chenai , since they are from Delhi and they beleive / love DLF like anything

and, one of my close friend working for HOMELOANS in very reputed organidation, checked all the details ib all ways, only after getting OK from her, they proceeded

recently buyers of the DLH Garden city formed a group to put up their concerns to the management with a combined effort and so far 200 buyers were joined and last week they presented a letter with so many issues. pls. check this out.

IMO it is very good initiative and their requests seems to be genuine.

OMG..is it so ? if there are 200 people who are not satisfied with DLF..and you are saying the issues are genuine...then it is time to rethink !!!!

dont panic. it is just effort roping the buyers under one group to address the issues effectivelly and shape up the dream as well.
