Youngters group helping to find anything about land ,Flat services and legal services

I know a person in chennai he is doing anything for the NRI'S regards land and flats
I wanted to buy a land in chennai. I came to know him from my friend and he helped to find out my dream flat in a week. They are like a group just finished their law college. They are youngsters so they know many people and do all the work so fast.

As they are young and dynamic they could easily understand our views and give us the proper report of the flat or land in two days in file format. Like all the thing about shopping, transport, nearby. Even they are so true of telling the problems about the land and flat too.

When I enquired about this to an another person in this field in chennai he said the same.
They also help in cases and give us advice in legal matters too. Even some of my american friends have given their projects to them. They really apreciate them for their good contribution. They dont charge us much as they are in beginning stage.

If you want anything why dont you try these youngster group. This will like a helping to them to encourage in this business and good for us too.

They are doing for all people like NRI's and Local
They are really trust worthy they wont ask us any advance and according to our satisfaction only they are working.
At the beginning till end they just work for us....not for money.....After he finished is work he is usually saying if we are really like the work then we can pay the whole money...When you tal with them u can know....

Vaidehi,

Though this is about the youngster, i would ask you to follow one thumb rule when it comes to high investment. the location, pricing has to be decided by you dear. the pointer is that what looks comfortable for one maybe more for the other.

and moreover, you decide the location and also your budget i suppose even these guys will ask you that before venturing out on your behalf.

A sI mentioned about the group earlier they will help you in deciding in location, what kind of property you want.....they will give you proper report about that. Then You can choose your own. They will help to find out and want us to make a decision. But we normally does that when we invest money. But is sumone we have got to give the clwar report about property It will be too easy for us to decide
