Need a house in chennai

Hi,

We are planning to buy an apartment in chennai (new construction or resale ( 0-5 yrs) ).as we are out of chennai,we couldn't get any usefull info regarding apartments.can anyone hepl us to find our dream house????

chennai is too vast a area. without an area preference, area of the flat, the budget, we cannot suggest or even discuss anything

Happy to see your reply.we are planning for a 2 bed room or possibly 3 bed room apartmet in chennai.

The areas may be around madipakkam,pallavaram,chromepet,gowrivakkam,kaatup akkam,manapakkam,mogappair,nanganallur,porur and nesapakkam,ramapuram.

Budget - around 35L to 40L

Area of the Flat - above 950 Sq Ft

If you find any apartment within this range,plz let me know.anyway thanks a lot for your reply.

If you have the means(cash/loan), you are right now spoiled for choice with the supply more than the demand in case of flats.

there are lot of projects in south chennai.

950 for a 2 br is ok. for 3bk it should be more than 1100 because the common area will also be included in this.

you could check out ramaniyam builders- govardhan at madipakkam on medavakkam main road. have not asked the rate but the builder is reputed and the finished look is very neat

a little farther you have navin's brookefield that i personally like. it is still ongoing.both you can google for the website of thebuilders and have a look.

you can get a good 3 bhk, duplex also in the areas inbetween madipakkam, chromepet, pallavaram and selaiyur.

if you have a person in chennai ask them to have a look at it. there are lot of projects discussed in the current sq.ft thread go through them also.

Thanks for your reply.....as we are out of chennai,i dont know anything about the current market. so i couldnt provide my requirments clearly.that area preferences also came out bcoz of budget.anyway i will ask my dad to enquire about this navin's project and the other one.will catch you soon with the updates.

all the best for your search. there are lot of construction in nanganallur also. grnbuilders are good. they have one project going on. then best homes are also good. they have a project in nglr.

when it comes to making alterations, it is easier with a small builder than a big one.

rajparis project on medavakkam can also be looked into. metupakkam foundations in medavakkam.

these are all the latest projects that are going on.
