| Re: House Rents in Kilpauk & Chetpet dear vijayalakshmi, A decent 2 bedroom flat would cost you around 15k to 20k rent / month in kilpauk and kelly areas, but there are quite a few very old flats in kilpauk area where the rents will be 8k to 12k, you can try that too Chetpet will be still higher, above 20k. you can also get those Iinfos on LOCAL newspapers in those areas like PURASAI TIMES, KILPAUK TIMES................. love padma |

 Re: House Rents in Kilpauk & Chetpet Hi vijaya, You can find flats for about 10 k per month in purasawalkam. Thats also verygood area for school going children and ofiz goers. The only thing that is a crowded place. In Purasai times you can find a flat easily. with luv...vijaya  |
