Default Moving to chennai Help!

We will be moving to Chennai sometime in Nov-dec 08. Looking to rent a 3 bdrm house or 3bdrm apt near tidel park. can anyone suggest good apt or house With all ameneties. we would really appreciate it.

From your handle if i assume you don't have a child going to school then any area in the surrounding of tidel park will suffice.

But since you want all amenities..velachery could be a good bet..there are lot of apartments in the area..you could try renting after checking the local ads during december....

Dear Newmommie

You can look for classifieds in local newspapers of Chennai which you can view online and please go in for Brokers excuse offers as it is always better if you transact directly with the owner.

Better get the agreement checked up before you sign up with a lawyer.

Lakshmi And shanthi Thank u both for ure response. I have a 2 yr old . So i want to look for a good schools too. so i want to consider school also while looking for apt or house near tidel park area. since we r new to chennai... any suggestions will be helpful.

I can suggest you to take a home near Adyar (where you can good schools, like Bala Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, (CBSE) too), which is near to Tidel park also.
