I am posting this requirement on behalf of my friend. She is moving abroad in 10 days time. She needs an immediate agreement with the leaser.

This is the details: Fully furnished triple bedroom flat near Valasaravakkam, chennai is available for lease. Main benefits of this flat would be 24 hours water, lift, car parking, 2 Air conditioners, 1 water heater in bath room, wooden wardrobes, cupboards, modular kitchen and ofcourse power backup also.

Here is the main part: the expected lease amount would be 8L. I think it is negotiable. but not sure
