Room to rent in Kilpuak/Chetpet

hi ILites,
We are staying in a guest house. First, my hubby came to this house where he paid 8000 Rs. every month. I came here last month as i joined the same company, and the guest room manager asked us to pay 2000 Rs more every month. I really dont know what problem was he having that he asked us to pay extra becoz i was not taking any extra space in his guest house. Anyway, today he suddenly comes and asks us to pay 500 Rs extra. Now, really I think he has a problem and I'm sure he'll come next month asking for more . So, the only option is to shift. I went through many of the accomodation list in the newspaper, didnt get anything. We are looking for a room and a kitchen. If not kitchen should be Ok. Also, our is goona be a short stay till sept. or max till Dec. Do anyone of you have any number so that i could contact. Please HELP
