| Bullu, How are you. how is jaynat and daughter. hope they are settling well. Coming to the property prices, there is a stagnation and hit in south chennai. Hindu had already carried a column on that in the property plus. Not only the inflation, the interest rates, there are other factors that are cautioning this fall. But, I still feel, the correction will not be too steep. it will be in stages. The hit will definitely be on the high end apartments that were booked, at outrageous prices. the cost of the land will definitely stabilise. Again this is my own ![]()
