 Finding Tenant Hi , I'm looking for tips to find tenant for my 3 BedRoom Flat at Ambattur.Is there is any online service which does this kind of job ? Any place to post ad ? Also what is the going rent for 3 BR flat at Ambattur ? Any leads will be appreciated Thanks Mangai      |

| Re: Finding Tenant hi, there are too many portals now-a-days. Try the following: 1. Sulekha.com - Connecting Indians worldwide. Read write Blogs, Groups, Classifieds, Yellow Pages, Movies, Travel 2. 99acres.com 3. indiaproperty.com But my suggestion is, 50% of our population are not aware about all these. They look forward in nespapers only. That too ad in Classifieds section of Hindu paper is the best choice. You can also opt for the paper called "Free Ads", it is published every thursday i suppose.Lots and lots make use of that magazine. All the best. |
